ECARDS-Nepal is managed by a General Assembly that provides major policy guidelines to the Executive Committee, which consists of seven members and meets at least once every month. The Executive Committee members of ECARDS-Nepal possess a multi-disciplinary background comprising specialists in agriculture, economics, sociology and other social sciences, management, engineering, environment and development activism. In addition, there are thirteen life members in its general assembly. Its membership is open for all like-minded professionals. There is a team of staff headed by an Executive Director who undertakes supervises of all activities. The background of the general and executive committee members is presented below:
